From the Account > Integrations screen, click Actions > Start Manual Sync.Enter your RMM credentials in IT Glue.Then, click on the green + New button and then on the Meraki icon. Log in to IT Glue and navigate to Account > Integrations.Scroll down to Dashboard API access and check "Enable access to the Cisco Meraki Dashboard API".Ensure your user is an Admin in the organization.Open the Meraki Org List and select the organization you would like to include in your sync.Note: You cannot have more than two API keys at one time.įor each Meraki organization you would like to sync with IT Glue: In the account information screen, scroll down to API Access and select Generate new API key.At the top-right of the screen, click on My Profile.Sign in to your Meraki Dashboard using your Meraki MSP portal.When generating the API key, you should use the Meraki user with access to Meraki's MSP portal. A Manager role will only be able to see RMM matched/unmatched data for organizations that they have explicit access to.
